Are you dreaming of entrepreneurship or considering starting or buying a business? At the Entrepreneurship Get to Know Us events, you will receive clear guidance, good advice and practical tools for starting a business.
The Get to Know Entrepreneurship events are held every first Wednesday of the month at KEHY's Momentum space, at Einonkatu 10, 55100 Imatra (corner of Einonkatu and Helsingintie). There are no events in June and July.
The events are open to anyone planning to become an entrepreneur – students, recent graduates, the unemployed, those in employment, and those considering buying a company.
Entrepreneurship learning events at KEHY once a month
- First Wednesday of the month 5:30–7:00 PM
- The events for the autumn term are 5.8 August, 2.9 September, 7.10 October, 4.11 November and 2.12 December.
- A representative of the South Karelia employment region will also be present, from whom you can obtain additional information, including about start-up grants.
- A small snack is served at the events.
Welcome to a relaxed and low-threshold event where you will receive concrete tools and confidence to start your own business! The events are free of charge and no advance registration is required – just show up at a time that suits you.

Current affairs for companies
The application for CreaDemo and DigiDemo demo grants is open from 18 June to 21 September 2026 until 4:00 PM.
The CreaDemo program provides support for development projects in the creative industries and cultural entrepreneurship, and the DigiDemo program provides support for product development of new digital content.
Applications for defense industry development grants for companies are ongoing.
The application is open until October 31, 2026.
New event space Momentum serves regional operators
